Home/Terms of Use

Effective July 19, 2026

Website Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to the Court St. Legal website and the websites, content, products, and services of its divisions, SurplusTracker California and GetSurplusFunds-CA, together with the California statewide HOA foreclosure and bankruptcy-dismissal alert products. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and the posted Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Disclosures, and applicable Service Agreement.

General information; no relationship from website use

Website content is general information and is not legal advice for any person or matter. Viewing the website, submitting an inquiry, receiving an automated response, purchasing education, or communicating before conflicts and eligibility checks are completed does not create an attorney-client relationship. Legal representation begins only through a written engagement agreement identifying the responsible attorney, client, matter, scope, and fees.

No government affiliation or guaranteed outcome

Court St. Legal is not a government agency and is not affiliated with a court, county, trustee, or state agency. Public records and official self-help resources may be available without charge. We do not guarantee that funds exist, a person is eligible, a claim will be approved, or a result, amount, or timeline will occur.

Purchases, subscriptions, and billing

Eligible fixed-price products and recurring plans may use a Square-hosted checkout or invoice. Prices, billing frequency, included features, renewal terms, and material restrictions are shown at or before purchase and incorporated into the applicable order or Service Agreement. Monthly plans automatically renew each month until canceled unless the checkout states otherwise. We will obtain affirmative consent before activating an automatic-renewal plan and provide a retainable acknowledgment with cancellation instructions. Consumers who enroll online may cancel online or by emailing Info-Support@CourtStLegal.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not erase charges already incurred. Legal recovery fees, deferred case costs, and engagements requiring attorney approval are not sold through a general public payment link.

Digital products and limited license

eBooks, templates, reports, data, training, marketing materials, and downloads are licensed to the purchaser for the permitted personal or internal business use stated in the order. They may not be resold, republished, shared publicly, scraped, reverse engineered, used to build a competing database, or used for unlawful or misleading outreach. Educational materials do not authorize legal practice or replace independent professional advice.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with website security, submit false or unlawful information, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, misuse personal information, scrape or mass-download content without written permission, or use the services to violate privacy, advertising, solicitation, consumer-protection, licensing, or professional-responsibility rules.

Intellectual property and third-party resources

Website text, design, databases, reports, training, marks, and materials are owned by or licensed to Court St. Legal and protected by applicable law. Third-party names and links remain the property of their owners and are provided for convenience; their inclusion is not endorsement or affiliation.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, website content and nonlegal digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. Court St. Legal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website or digital-product use. These limitations do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, and a signed legal-services agreement controls any attorney-client matter.

Governing law and disputes

California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict rules. Before filing a nonurgent dispute concerning a website purchase, the parties agree to provide written notice and attempt good-faith informal resolution for 30 days. Any venue, mediation, arbitration, fee-shifting, or jury-waiver term applies only if included in the separately accepted Service Agreement and enforceable under applicable law.

Changes; contact

We may update these Terms prospectively. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law. Contact Court St. Legal at Info-Support@CourtStLegal.com, (888) 391-2051, or 420 N. McKinley Street #360, Corona, CA 92879.
